1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and TradeCopierBot ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, browsing, or using TradeCopierBot in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. Your continued use of TradeCopierBot constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any updates we may make.

Additional Terms: If you are a Signal Provider, you are also bound by our Signal Provider Terms of Service, which contain additional obligations and requirements specific to providing signals.

2. Description of Service

TradeCopierBot is a trade copying platform that enables the transmission of trading signals between users across multiple trading platforms, including MetaTrader 4 (MT4), MetaTrader 5 (MT5), and cTrader.

2.1 Core Features

  • Trade Copying: Real-time transmission of trading signals from Provider accounts to Receiver accounts;
  • Signal Provider Marketplace: A marketplace where Signal Providers can offer their trading signals to subscribers;
  • Self-Copy Functionality: Users can copy trades between their own accounts across different platforms;
  • Performance Analytics: Display of Provider trading statistics and performance metrics;
  • Account Management: Tools to manage multiple trading accounts and connections.

2.2 Service Limitations

TradeCopierBot:

  • Does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice;
  • Does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or reliability of signal transmission;
  • Does not guarantee trading profits or protection against losses;
  • Does not have access to your broker accounts or execute trades on your behalf;
  • Acts solely as an intermediary for signal transmission.

3. Eligibility

To use TradeCopierBot, you must:

  • Be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
  • Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws;
  • Have a valid trading account with a supported broker (for trading features);
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.

By using TradeCopierBot, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel subscriptions at our sole discretion if we believe you do not meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Account Creation

To access most features of TradeCopierBot, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information;
  • Keep your password secure and confidential;
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account;
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.

4.2 API Tokens

Your trading accounts connect to TradeCopierBot using unique API tokens. You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your API tokens secure and not sharing them with unauthorized parties;
  • Regenerating tokens if you suspect they have been compromised;
  • Ensuring that only authorized Expert Advisors or cBots use your tokens.

4.3 One Account Per Person

Each person may maintain only one TradeCopierBot account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, bans, or limitations is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts.

5. User Types & Roles

TradeCopierBot supports three types of users:

Self-Copy Users

Users who copy trades between their own accounts. They have both Provider (source) and Receiver (target) accounts. Provider accounts are not publicly visible, and no subscription fees are involved between their own accounts.

Each Self-Copy User may configure up to eight (8) Receiver accounts for personal use. These Receiver versions may be shared with close friends or family members at the user's discretion and responsibility.

Important: Receiver versions are intended for personal and private use only. Users who wish to distribute their trading signals to a wider audience should activate the Signal Providing service and share their Invite Link. The Signal Providing system allows you to earn 83% of subscription fees from each subscriber — it is in your best interest to monetize your signals through the Platform rather than distributing them for free.

Signal Providers

Professional traders who share their trading signals publicly for a subscription fee. Signal Providers must agree to additional Provider Terms, complete Stripe Connect onboarding, and use only LIVE trading accounts.

Signal Receivers

Users who subscribe to Signal Providers to receive and copy their trading signals. Receivers pay a monthly subscription fee set by the Provider. The connection to a Provider is permanent and survives Provider account changes.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

6.1 Subscription Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance;
  • Subscription fees are set by Signal Providers (minimum $35.00 USD per month);
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe;
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access until the end of your current billing period;
  • No partial refunds are provided for the remaining days in your billing cycle;
  • Signal transmission will stop at the end of the billing period.

6.3 Refunds

Refunds are provided in the following circumstances:

  • Provider Service Termination: If a Provider cancels their service or their service is terminated, Receivers receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of their subscription;
  • Technical Issues: At our discretion, if significant technical issues on our end prevent you from using the service;
  • Duplicate Charges: If you are charged multiple times in error.

Note: Trading losses are not grounds for a refund. TradeCopierBot transmits signals but does not guarantee trading results.

7. Trading Risk Disclosure

HIGH RISK WARNING

Trading foreign exchange (Forex), contracts for difference (CFDs), cryptocurrencies, and other financial instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You could lose some or all of your invested capital.

  • Past performance is not indicative of future results;
  • You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose;
  • Leverage can work both for and against you;
  • Market conditions can change rapidly and unexpectedly;
  • Technical issues, delays, or failures in signal transmission can result in missed trades or execution at different prices;
  • You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

7.1 No Guarantees

TradeCopierBot, Signal Providers, and any associated parties do not guarantee:

  • Any specific level of profit or return;
  • Protection against trading losses;
  • The accuracy of Provider performance statistics;
  • Successful execution of all signals;
  • That Provider strategies will continue to perform as they have historically.

7.2 Your Responsibility

Before using TradeCopierBot, you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. Consider seeking advice from an independent financial advisor. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions made using our Platform.

10.3 cTrader Open API

If you authorize cTrader integration, you agree to cTrader's API terms. This integration allows us to access your account data for displaying accurate performance metrics. You can revoke this authorization at any time through your cTrader account settings.

10.4 Brokers

TradeCopierBot is independent of any broker. Your relationship with your broker is separate from your relationship with us. We are not responsible for broker actions, including execution, pricing, platform availability, or account issues.
